Ribbons fell and discs flew through the air Saturday at Conder Park as Killeen celebrated the opening of its first disc golf course. About 60 people gathered near two practice holes for the nine-hole Kiwanis Club Killeen Disc Golf Course to watch the course’s grand opening ceremony.
